Funpilot - Reporting Illegal or Violating Content (Notice & Action)
This page explains how to report content on Funpilot that you believe is illegal or breaks our Community Guidelines, and what we do with reports. It reflects our obligations under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
1. How to report
- By email: support@funpilot.ai - include a link to or description of the content, why you believe it is illegal or violating, and (if illegal) enough detail for us to assess it.
- In the app: use the "Contact support" form in your account to send us the same details.
- On the content or user: use the Report option, where available.
You may report anonymously, but giving contact details lets us update you on the outcome. You can also block another user at any time to stop further contact from them.
2. What we do with a report
- We review reports in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary way.
- We may remove or disable content, limit features, or suspend the account responsible.
- We give the affected user a statement of reasons for our decision where the DSA requires it, and information about how to appeal.
- We act on illegal content and, where the law requires, may inform the relevant authorities. If we become aware of content giving rise to a suspicion of a serious criminal offence threatening life or safety, we will notify the authorities (DSA Art. 18).
3. Appeals
If your content was removed or your account was limited, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@funpilot.ai. We will re-examine the decision. You may also have the right to use an out-of-court dispute-settlement body or to go to court.
4. Point of contact
Our single point of contact for users and authorities on these matters is support@funpilot.ai (communications in English or German).
5. Misuse
Repeatedly submitting manifestly unfounded reports, or repeatedly posting manifestly illegal content, may lead us to suspend the handling of your reports or your account, after a warning.
